The parent company of Kaizen App is Kaizen Technologies Ltd., a company registered in the UK under company number 9108099. This document explains our policies and practices in relation to how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.

By using our products and services (namely the Kaizen App website and mobile application), you understand and agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Use which can be found at If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Kaizen website or mobile application.

This data protection declaration applies to all members from the time they first log in to the Kaizen App website or mobile application, thereby acknowledging acceptance of this data protection declaration.

What we offer:

Our Service, Kaizen App, is a platform for personal fitness to which users can search, purchase, review, input information and interact with training guides (“User Content”). What this means is that we and third parties including other users of the Service, advertisers, and the general public may see, use, share and otherwise interact with your User Content.

The Information we collect

  • Your username, password and e-mail address (note: your e-mail address may be automatically added to the Kaizen App mailing lists. From time to time, Kaizen App may email you electronic newsletters, announcements, surveys or other information. If you prefer not to receive any or all of these communications, you may opt out by following the directions provided within said newsletter or announcement.)
  • Information you make available to us when you connect another social media accounts to Kaizen App (for example, if you choose to login using your Facebook account)
  • Profile information that you provide (including your age/birth year, gender, goals, location and contact details such as your personal website, phone number, or Twitter handle)
  • Health and fitness tracking data (any data you enter using a gym programme.)
  • User Content you post to the Service, including meta data associated with such User Content (for example, location information)
  • Information stored on the device which you have chosen to make available to us in installing the Kaizen App on your device or accessing the Kaizen App website through a device (for example, account data, device identifier, cookies, log files, location data)
  • Information communicated when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser software, referring/exit URLs, click tracks, and data about how you interact with the Service
  • Communications between you and us (such as technical support enquiries)
  • Information derived from any of the above.
  • Any information regarding purchases you make on the Kaizen App.

By registering, the user explicitly agrees that Kaizen App shall have the right to use all automatically collected personally identifiable information (as stated above) for purposes of the Kaizen application and future web services. Kaizen App does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer users’ personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our application and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Kaizen App may also release users’ information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

We store Information and User Content for as long as is necessary to provide the Service to you and others. Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you delete or alter any of your Information or User Content, we, and our associated companies and service providers, may retain your Information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for continuity, backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

Kaizen App assumes no liability for the interception, alteration or misuse of the information you provide other users by other users.

By agreeing to this privacy policy, the user explicitly consents that Kaizen App may provide non-personally identifiable information to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Why we collect your Information

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use your Information to:

  • operate the Service
  • help you efficiently access your information after you sign in
  • remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service
  • contact friends who you invite to use the Service
  • provide personalised content and information to you and others, which could include recommended products and aspects of the Service as well as targeted advertisements, contests and competitions, special offers, event details, or other forms of marketing

You can choose at any time not to receive promotional materials, by simply telling us at and we will cease to provide them, without charge.

How we store your Information

Personal data stored electronically are password-protected. Encryption technology is used on our secured web areas. Our computer systems are placed in restricted areas. We only permit authorised employees to access personal data. These employees are trained on our privacy policies.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, we cannot ensure the security of any Information or User Content or guarantee that any Information or User Content may not be accessed, inaccessible, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and us, at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to other social media services you use to connect to us. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organisation.

Sharing of your Information with third parties

We will not sell, license or rent your information to third parties without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Any Information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set. Once you have shared User Content, that User Content may be re-shared by others.

Subject to your profile and privacy settings, any User Content that you make public is searchable by other users. If you remove Information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have copied or saved that Information.

Additionally, we may share your Information (including User Content) to third parties as follows, to which you consent by using the Service:

  • We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are part of the same group of companies as us, or that become part of that group. Such associates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and their own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences).

  • We may share your Information with Kaizen App Sellers who help us provide the Service. Such third sellers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

  • Our personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services

Where practical we will try to ensure that third parties use and secure your Information on terms at least as strong as this Privacy Policy. However, ultimately we cannot control how third parties use information.


Cookies, and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, and other locally stored files, are items of data stored on your device. We use these devices to collect information about your use of Kaizen App and to provide features to you. We may also ask advertisers or other partners to serve advertisements or services to your device, which may involve the use of cookies or similar technologies placed either by us or third parties.

You may set your device to reject cookies, or tell you when a cookie is being sent. Please note however that cookies may be necessary for some features of the website or application to work, e.g., to maintain continuity during a session. If they are not accepted, those features may not work properly.

Third party services

We may link to other services and websites which are not controlled by us. We endeavour to make it clear when you are within the Service and when you are using a third party’s service or website, but we cannot guarantee to do so.
